These Are the Only Mountain Bicycle Trails in our Area!

Trails are Open Year Around for Mountain Biking, Hiking, Jogging, Birding, Wildlife Viewing, Nature Photography.
Trails are from Easy to Extreme, for All Ages - Beginners to Experienced.
Terrain is Open Fields, Rolling Hills, Dry Creek Beds, Shade Trees, Views of the Valley and Offers Visitors Peace & Tranquility!

For Wildlife Viewing there are 30 Bluebird Nestboxes along the Trails, Owl Nestboxes, 3 Bat Houses,
Feeders & Water that Attract Birds, Deer, Turkey & Other Critters,
Plus 6 Benches Under Trees Great for Photography Ops, Relaxing or Picnics.

Trails are Open Year Around for:

Steep Climb for Views of Valley from Top of Hills.

For Wildlife Viewing:
Over 50 Bluebird Nestboxes along the Trails, Owl Nestboxes, 3 Bat Houses.
Bird Sanctuary Areas with Feeders / Water that Attract Birds, Deer, Turkey & Other Critters.
Plus 3 Picnic Tables, 6 Benches Under Trees Great for Photography Ops, Relaxing or Picnics.

Our 250 Acre Ranch Open to Public for Day or Night Use for a Fee

Day Guests - $10.00 per day per person, kids 5 years & under are Free.
Discounts available for Groups of 10 or more.
Day Guests do not need reservations; just show up, read & follow Instructions on Nature Center Gate.
Dogs allowed on Trails; Only Well-behaved, Controlled, Leashed - $5.00 per dog.
Must Not Chase Animals or Bark, would scare wildlife. Don’t leave dog poop on trails, throw it off trails.

Night Sky Viewing/Astrophotography – $60 each person

And Must Check in at Nature Center. No dogs allowed for Night Viewing.

Overnight Camping - $40 per night 4 people, $10 each extra (Tent, RV or Van - Dispersed Camping Areas, Primitive No Water or Electric)

Hill Country Adventures Nature Center is Located
      4.5 miles East of Garner State Park/Hwy 83, or 10 miles West of Utopia TX on FM 1050,
On north side of road, long cedar picket fence & signs.
